Group Coaching – $250
Group coaching allows you to work with an intimate group of like-minded individuals who are also looking to redesign their lives and create something they love! Here are the details:
- Intimate group of 10 people or less, all of whom have been vetted ahead of time to make sure they’re just as ready as you are to do the work, show up for you and themselves, and be vulnerable to make real changes in their lives.
- 8-week session focusing on 1-2 BIG goals that will actually start to transform your life.
- A supportive community where we all understand that there is enough room for all of us to grow, win, and succeed.
- Weekly 90-minute (live) video calls to go over that week’s topic, introduce next week’s topic, have open discussion about the prompts from the prior week, and answer any questions.
- Weekly assignments focused on a key topic that is directly aligned with your goal and will help you do the work necessary to get you one week closer to reaching your goal.
- Unlimited email and Voxer support directly from me (I don’t have a virtual assistant or team member answering my client communications).
- Support from your private group. The friendships formed in these groups are often lifelong and transformative within themselves.
Individual Coaching – One-time Clarity Session – $75 per hour.
Perhaps you’re ready to start your manifestation and mindset journey and you just don’t know where to begin. You’re not alone! There’s a bajillion (we’re going to agree that’s a real unit of measurement) resources, many of which are conflicting, on how to start designing the life of your dreams through mindset and manifestation.
Here are the details:
- One 60-minute call so we can get clear on your goals and desires.
- The actionable steps you need to take to manifest these goals and desires.
- A follow up action-plan emailed to you.
- Weekly email check-ins for 30 days to hold you accountable and make sure you’re doing the work to change your life.
- 30 days of email support.
