DUI SOLUTIONS GA

This program consists of a certified 3-day, 20-hour course for individuals seeking reinstatement of driving privileges that have been suspended or revoked due to certain violations involving drugs and/or alcohol, including DUIs and violations of Georgia's Controlled Substances Act.

DUI/Risk Reduction Program in GA may also be court-mandated through a judge's order in other types of criminal cases.
The Risk Reduction Course Fees are statutorily mandated and are broke down below:

Needs Assessment Cost: $100.00.
20-Hour Intervention Course: $235.00.
Program Material Fee: $25.00
$20 for Replacement Certificates being requested by the client in pursuant to GA Admin Comp Ch 375-5-6-23(16) may apply.
Total charge required for this course. = $360.00

Easy Steps to complete the DUI/ Risk Reduction

Mandated by the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS).

NEEDS Assessment Questionnaire —$100

● Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) requires that you complete this questionnaire prior to the start of your class.
● A 20-30 minutes test which can be completed from the comfort of your home or in our office. Must be completed prior to start of scheduled class.

20-hour DUI/Risk Reduction Class—$260

Once you’ve completed the assessment, it’s time for the 20-hour duration DUI/ Risk Reduction course.
The 20-hour course must be taken consecutively. Weekend Class schedules are available and can be taken remotely via Live ZOOM or In-person.
Total fee for 20-hour DUI Risk Reduction class is $360 ($100 for the Assessment Questionnaire + $260 for class and book).

⇒ 4th weekend of each month (Sat, Sun, Monday) May 2025 will be the 5th Weekend.
⇒ Certificates from the Georgia Department of Driver Services will be Emailed the next day by 05:30 pm from DUI Solutions.

PLEASE NOTE: Certificate of Completion are the same whether you take the class virtually via Zoom or In-person at our Office.
