Safety Sensitive – FMCSA DOT Regulation 60/60 Training

This comprehensive training program fulfills the mandatory requirements of FMCSA DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 382.603, often referred to as “60/60 training.” This regulation mandates that supervisors of commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers with a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) receive at least 60 minutes of training on the symptoms of alcohol misuse and an additional 60 minutes on the symptoms of controlled substance use.
